  1. I’ll start it out: eating an apple at 3ish works great for me, giving me some good carbs that provide energy a few hours later.

  2. My boss, Guy Gerrard, loves to exercise and gave me some great input. He said, “It takes awhile to build yourself up (when you haven’t exercised in awhile). Eat an hour before exercising, drink lots of water during the day, and eat dinner as soon as possible afterwards (since your blood sugar level has dropped.)” I just got this advice so have tried it once so far but it helped me not feel so exhausted the next day.
