About the Class at Lake Hart

Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the West or East Main Conference rooms. Check back after noon on the day of class to find the exact location.

  • weights (you can opt for no weights, also. If you’ve never used weights, buy 3 lb. ones)

Our desire is to help women realize their potential in light of God’s truth. Class fits into this in a really special way—focusing on taking care of our bodies…and reaping the benefits that come with that (physically, emotionally, and spiritually).

  2. A t-shirt and shorts and good shoes. You can leave the leotards and leg warmers at home. :)
