Our schedule this Fall will be as usual: classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm. As always, bring your mats and weights. We will also be incorporating tube-work more regularly into our sets, and while we have some for you to use, you may want to consider purchasing your own tube. I really like to travel with mine because it’s easy to pack in my bag. They are available for purchase on the Jazzercise website in four degrees of resistance (yellow, green, red and blue). I use a green one. Perhaps someone could coordinate a large order so that you can combine the shipping fee? Just a thought. Classes will run during the 4 weeks preceding the US Staff Conference as follows:

June 22-July 17
6 classes a week!

7am (M-W-F)
2pm (T-Th)
6:30pm (W)

Classes will also be offered during the US Staff Conference. Class times will vary.
